Which bullet?

I want to start shooting a Nosler bullet in my Omega. I will mostly be hunting Whitetails and wild hogs... some of these hogs will be in the 300lb range. I'm currently shooting 150 grains of Shockey's Gold Sticks and a 250 grain TC Shockwave, this combo is producing one inch groups at 100 yards. I don't mind my groups opening up some in exchange for a better bullet... so should I go with the 260 or the 300 grain Nosler? Thanks! :)

I would go with the .451 cal 260 gr PT. I have used this bullet on WT deer the past 3 seasons and it works very well. This year, I shot a WT at 167 yds and another one a couple nights ago at 40 yds through both shoulders, clipping the spine. DRT with an exit hole the size of a quarter.

I just ordered a T/C Omega and will shoot the same bullet .

I ordered the 300 grain PP Partition... that was the bullet I wanted to go with anyway and plus Nosler had the 50 pack on sale. These hogs we have down here are very tough critters so I went with the heavier bullet... I hope they will shoot well in my Omega. Thanks! :)
