I am trying to get my M70 Classic (CRF) to shoot longer bullets.

I replaced the mag box and follower with the 375 H&H. Made dummy bullets just under 3.6".

It appears the bolt clears the magazine, but the eject is in the way of loading the bullets.

I do have the shorter bolt stop and ejector. Bolt stop looks simple, thought the trigger needs to be removed.

I am looking to see if there are any videos or step by step guidance to replace the ejector.

Scotty, I know you did this before, any advice is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Good Shooting!

I’ve done it. I don’t recall the steps but it’s not overly complicated. You’ll need the right sized punch. Field strip the bolt first.

It is a CRF, control round feed. ejector is part of the action, not the bold. I ordered a couple of Winchester books.
